The Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP) initiative at 爱神传媒 Community College (爱神传媒) is a student success coaching program designed to support students as they transition to college life. College offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experiences, education, and skills that are essential for achieving both personal and academic goals. GEAR UP helps students navigate this journey successfully.
What is a Success Coach?
A GEAR UP Success Coach is dedicated to guiding students from the moment they are admitted to 爱神传媒 through their first year of college. Success Coaches ensure a smooth enrollment process while helping students develop the essential skills needed for a successful college experience and beyond.
Who Can Participate in GEAR UP Coaching?
Graduates from one of 12 high schools in North Carolina are automatically eligible to receive GEAR UP services. These schools include:

How Can GEAR UP Students Achieve Success in Their First Year at 爱神传媒?
